Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform HVAC system installations, repairs, and maintenance with utmost professionalism and technical expertise.
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of HVAC systems and accurately diagnose issues to provide appropriate recommendations for repairs, upgrades, or replacements.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, explaining the advantages and benefits of additional services, upgrades, or energy-efficient solutions that align with their needs and preferences.
  • Create detailed proposals and estimates for upsell opportunities, clearly outlining the scope of work, associated costs, and potential savings or benefits.
  • Collaborate with our sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless coordination and follow-up on upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services rendered, and upsell opportunities for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and advancements in HVAC technology to provide customers with informed recommendations.
  • Continuously improve upselling techniques through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Experience:

  • Proven track record as an HVAC technician with a minimum of 1 year experience in the field.
  • Valid HVAC technician license or certification.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
