Family Comfort Air is hiring a reliable, honest, hardworking, experienced HVAC Service/Sales Tech and Installer. $6000 Signing bonus.
Our organization is searching for a Full-Service HVAC Tech with a minimum of 2 years of experience and a clean driving record to join our team of professionals! Candidate should be able to diagnose and repair ALL residential split Systems and Mini Split Systems and offer outstanding customer service. Service van, uniforms, and phone/iPad will be provided. The technician will be skilled at diagnosing, selling, and repairing systems. This is a Sales and Service.
To be successful in this role, customer satisfaction, safety, and comfort should be your top priority. Ideal candidates will be patient and have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.
Pay rate
- $6000 Signing bonus (paid out over a 3-year period)
- $20 to $60 per hour plus bonus commission
- Competitive pay rate and paid EVERY Friday.
- COMPENSATION WILL BE BASED ON EXPERIENCE
HVAC Technician Duties and Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Travel to homes as scheduled, and on time.
- Perform all duties with customer service in mind.
- Diagnose, Sell, Repair, and Maintain HVAC Systems and Ducts.
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements.
- Determine customer concerns with their current HVAC system.
- Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources.
- Maintain the company image by keeping a clean van and personal working appearance.
HVAC Technician Requirements and Qualifications
- Certification through the EPA to handle refrigerants required
- Valid Driver’s License and Clean driving record. No DUIs.
- Pass Drug Test and Background Check.
- Reliable. Honest. Polite and Courteous.
- Be Patient. Be Cool and Calm. We ARE in the business of being cool!
- Coach-able and open to learning and improving.
- Candidates must have a valid D/L and EPA Type II or Universal.
- Candidates should be great communicators and comfortable with technology.
