HVAC Service Coordinator/Dispatcher

We are looking for an HVAC Dispatcher/Service Coordinator to join our team! You will answer phones, schedule service calls with customers, and interact with service technicians in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and input service calls.
• Organize the day to day service schedule for our technicians in conjunction with our project managers.
• Interact with customers to insure a good experience.
• Help locate and order parts.
• Manage all paperwork that is pertinent to the job (Service Tickets, Packing lists, Purchase orders).
• Write basic quotes and gather necessary information for project managers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC or construction dispatching.
• Familiarity with office functions of a mechanical contractor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once under pressure.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with a mechanical contractor service software a must.  Experience in Spectrum would be a bonus!

Notes:

• Compensation will be heavily based on experience.  
• Dispatchers from the trucking industry will not be considered due to the in job duties.
