HVAC Service Department Assistant
Job DescriptionJob Description
-Primary responsibilities include customer invoicing, issuing purchase orders, filing, collections, and will be responding to customer’s inquiries
- Expectation is to be responsible for assigned tasks, reliable, and dedicated to providing satisfactory customer service to encourage repeat customers for future service needs. Must understand, evaluate, and communicate in a professional manner with the customer and Service Technician.
- Advise customers of scheduling changes due to other priority calls or availability of parts and equipment.
- Oversee our maintenance contract base and assist in scheduling maintenance, understand and learn the scopes of work, order needed materials (filters and belts), and file inspection reports.
-Answer phones
-HVAC knowledge is a plus
-Microsoft Office- Excel experience required
-QuickBooks experience is a plus.
-Office work hours 8am-5pm position (M-Fri)
