Position Overview:

HVAC Service Corporation is seeking a highly skilled, field-experienced HVAC Service Lead to join our Commercial division. We need someone who knows their way around chillers, VFDs, VAV boxes, controls, and boilers—no hand-holding, no guesswork. This is a leadership role designed for someone who thrives in complex environments and can serve as a go-to expert in the field.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, and control systems

• Support and mentor junior techs in the field

• Communicate directly with Field Operations and Project Management

• Ensure high-quality workmanship and jobsite professionalism

• Maintain clean and accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of field experience in commercial/industrial HVAC

• Deep familiarity with mechanical systems: chillers, VAVs, VFDs, etc.

• Understanding of controls and troubleshooting sequences of operation

• Clean background and valid driver’s license with clean MVR

• Strong communication, self-motivation, and accountability
