Job Title: HVAC Service Manager
Location: Twin Falls, ID
Pay: $65,000 - $80,000 (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed.

Position Summary:
The Service Manager is responsible for maintenance and service side of the HVAC business. Responsible for the coordination and dispatch of field personnel to a customer base primarily, but not limited to the Greater Puget Sound service areas. Manage assigned personnel, direct service technicians, oversee field service work and visit job sites. Including on-going training to remain current and ensure that service staff is up to date and current. Troubleshoot problems, provide training, order parts, support field personnel in all facets of their daily duties, ensuring they have the equipment, training and licenses as necessary or required. Respond to or assist other Service Technicians responding to emergency service calls to keep system downtime to a minimum. Provide counsel, coaching and leadership.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responsible for coordinating and dispatching field personnel to a customer base primarily, but not limited to the Seattle/Puget Sound area.
- Manage assigned personnel, direct service technicians, oversee field service work, and visit job sites.
- Troubleshoot problems, provide training, and support field personnel in all facets of their daily duties, ensuring they have the equipment, training, and licenses as necessary or required.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Responsible for departmental costs, profits, utilization of personnel, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective start-up of maintenance contracts and efficient and timely installation of jobs, providing maintenance according to contract requirements and ensuring customer concerns/complaints are resolved promptly. Implement work processes that result in customer satisfaction.
- Respond to or assist other service technicians in responding to emergency service calls to minimize system downtime. Provide counsel, coaching, and leadership and/or analyze, troubleshoot, repair, and restore equipment/systems to entire operation and recommend revisions/replacements/upgrades when necessary for effectiveness or in cases of obsolescence.
