Pay Range: Base pay $90,000 a year plus bonus based on department
Benefits: Insurance (health, dental, and vision, with minimal out-of-pocket cost for the employee), 401k with 4% company match, 8 Paid Holidays + Floating Birthday Holiday (to be used in birthday month), 1 hour paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the HVAC service department.
- Lead, mentor, and train service technicians to ensure high-quality performance and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor job progress, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery.
- Implement and uphold company policies, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and ensure service excellence.
- Handle service scheduling, dispatching, and workflow coordination.
- Provide technical support to the team and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.
- Ensure up-front pricing and professional service that exceeds customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of HVAC experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and repair.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
