HVAC Service Tech

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionIMMEDIATE OPENING FOR AN EXPERIENCED HVAC TECH IN EXTON, PA WITH TONS OF ROOM FOR GROWTH

:

- Perform inspections, installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating units, heat pumps, boilers, burners, intake/exhaust fans, and humidifiers.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues, with a strong focus on oil systems (approximately 60% of work involves oil).

- Provide expert service on oil, gas, and heat pump systems, ensuring efficiency and reliability.

- Participate in an on
-call rotation (once every four days) to respond to service requests in Chester County and Delaware County.

- Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate findings and recommendations to customers.

Education and :

- Must have EPA Universal

- Must have valid Drivers License

- Must have high school diploma or GED

- Working knowledge of basic carpentry, gas, steam and boiler piping, electricity, duct work and air flow.

- Working knowledge of local building codes and general industry standards
