We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician for full time work in Youngstown, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will also ensure proper airflow and ventilation in buildings, as well as diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues.

Responsibilities:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they are operating efficiently.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
• Test systems to ensure they are functioning properly and make adjustments as needed.
• Comply with all safety and health regulations.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Educate customers on maintenance and operating procedures for their HVAC system.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC training program or apprenticeship .
• EPA certification for handling refrigerants.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with a minimum of 4 years in installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.

Qualifications:

• NATE certification (North American Technician Excellence).
• Experience with computerized HVAC control systems.
• Additional certifications in specific HVAC manufacturers' equipment.
