Omega Heating and Air is looking for the right candidate join our family! We are a fast-growing, rapidly expanding full-service company with a friendly, family atmosphere. You won't be "just another employee" at Omega!

We have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Technician. You will travel to each client’s location to inspect their current equipment, identify problems with their units, and perform necessary repairs or routine maintenance. We service residential and light commercial equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues
• Inspect and perform equipment repair and/or replacement
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
• Commitment to respectful, constructive co-worker relationships
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Dedication to timely arrival at each service call
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to lift 40- 50 pounds
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Task oriented and responsible
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and with others
