Requirements & Duties for Service Tech:

• Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience as an HVAC service technician.
• Background Check: Successful completion of a background check.
• Skills: Proficient in the service repair of HVAC equipment with excellent communication skills.
• Team Player: Ability to work well with others and independently.
• Organization: Well-organized with the ability to maintain equipment, parts, and tools for maximum efficiency.
• Documentation: Capable of completing required paperwork and assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Commission: Additional commission opportunities after 90 days.
