Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic Service Technicians knowledgeable in the HVAC industry. If you enjoy helping customers and building lasting relationships, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain heating and air conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot and consult with customers for the best solutions.
• Collaborate as a team to provide a world-class customer experience.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Respond to work order requests promptly.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the HVAC industry.
• NATE Certifications are a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with industry tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in various locations and weather conditions.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: $60,000-$100,000+ yearly, depending on experience. Commission/Spiff Plan.
