What We're Looking For:

We’re currently seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians for full-time, long-term roles in both commercial and residential service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience (commercial or residential)

• EPA Certification required

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Must be self-motivated and a strong team player

• Experience with Rack systems, exhausts, and TI projects is a plus

• Installation experience a plus

• Must have a clean DMV record and be able to pass a drug test

• Must provide your own hand tools (we supply vacuum pump, torches, reclaimers, etc.)

• Familiarity with mobile dispatching/invoicing systems

What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs

• Work with a variety of systems – commercial rooftops, residential units, custom installs, and more

• Handle work orders for our wide range of commercial accounts

• Participate in customized maintenance programs and TI projects
