Position Summary:

Crossfire is seeking a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Downey, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems for our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair new and used heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Inspect and diagnose HVAC equipment issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure the longevity and reliability of HVAC systems.
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency service call requests, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and industry regulations, prioritizing the well-being of customers and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations, updating customer files and providing detailed reports as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to improve service offerings and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience in the HVAC industry or a related field.

• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to providing prompt and professional service to clients.

• Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.

• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, navigate confined spaces, and work in various weather conditions.

• Certification or licensure in HVAC systems is a plus.

• Be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
