Company Overview:
Our client is a reputable HVAC construction company known for executing high-quality projects in a timely and professional manner. They are seeking a skilled HVAC Start Up Technician to join their team and assist with the installation of HVAC systems in multi-family projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with all types of HVAC systems
• Assisting in punch out and startup of HVAC equipment
• Utilizing hand tools and instruments for control installation
• Reading and installing wiring per wiring diagrams
• Troubleshooting basic controls and typical HVAC systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC system installation
• Experience with multi-family construction settings
• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) and completion of a post-secondary program or apprenticeship
• Strong oral and reading skills for communicating with customers and interpreting project plans
• Physical capabilities, including climbing ladders, lifting heavy equipment, and working in varying weather conditions
• Clean driving record
