Looking after HVAC Technician/Engineers over (Apply online only) sites across the North West Region.\n\nOur client is a global Facilities Management company with great relationship within many blue-chip contracts. They are always expanding their workforce with over 8000+ just alone in the UK.\n\nThey offer many opportunities with internal training programmes to develop their workers into industry leading Engineers. The company has great structure and is run by a highly experienced technical team which offer lots of support within your role.\n\nDue to continued success within a major blue-chip contract, they are now recruiting for a HVAC Supervisor - Looking after 5/6 HVAC Technician/Engineers over 100 sites across the Central London.\n\nThe HVAC supervisor is crucial to the delivery of PPM, Reactive and testing workstreams whilst supporting with technical assistance to all maintenance teams across the estate.\n\nThe role is responsible for effectively planning and leading HVAC teams to ensure all services are completed to the agreed standard and comply with all regulatory and company standards.

This role is also responsible for overseeing all technical standards within the operation. You will be the technical expert and key account holder for FGas ensuring maintenance of our obligations to ensure our ongoing membership, in addition you will support and guide engineers through any training. This role will require you to supervise, influence and build strong working relationships with the customer, internal teams and regional HVAC technicians over 100 different sites in Central London region.\n\nThe requirement to manage a budget and service delivery in a cost-effective manner is critical whilst ensuring compliance with customer and company Health & Safety requirements at all times.\n\nThe role is responsible for effectively planning and leading HVAC teams to ensure all services are completed to the agreed standard and comply with all regulatory and company standards. This role is also responsible for overseeing all technical standards within the operation.

You will be the technical expert and key account holder for FGas ensuring maintenance of our obligations to ensure our ongoing membership, in addition you will support and guide engineers through any training.\n\nExcellence\n\nEnsure under performance on KPI’s is understood and action plans are in place to drive improvement.\nSupport the Divisional Operations Manager on all technical, people and FM process issues.\n\nService\n\nAlways represent the company in a professional manner and develop a good working relationship with HVAC technicians and the customer’s employees.\nEnsure that all sites are covered for maintenance services, including Reactive and PPM.\nAudit FM documentation and action on any non-compliance issues.\nDeal promptly with all Help Desk calls and ensure that the issues are resolved effectively, escalating where necessary to the appropriate management level.\nRegularly communicate with the customer on all FM activity.\n\nQualifications Required below:\n\nSVQ/NVQ Level 3 within Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical Equivalent Qualification\nACS Commercial Gas Qualifications COCN,CIGA,CORT,ICPN,CDGA, TPCP1/1A as a minimum\nACS Domestic Gas Qualifications CCN, CENWAT, CPA as a minimum\nCity and Guilds 7671 18th Edition\nFully conversant with all major manufactures systems and equipment\n\nIn depth knowledge of HVAC systems\nStrong PC literacy to include Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint\nExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)\nAbility to extract, collate and present data\nExcellent planning, organising, prioritisation and project management skills\nEffective problem-solving and decision-making\nStrong results focus, takes accountability for own performance\n5 years strong Managerial background in looking after other engineers and sites.\n\nEssential: Must live ideally in Central London.\n\nIn return, our client is offering a total package of £53,000 - £60,900 including SLA per annum, including on call every 1 in 4 weeks + travel time + company van, tools and uniform + health care + pension scheme + 33 days annual leave (including 8 bank holidays)\n\nFor more information, please contact Kevin on (phone number removed) or apply with your current CV to prompt a call back
