This position is based out of our Riviera Beach location at 8050 Monetary Drive, Riviera Beach, Florida.

As a HVAC Service Technician:

• Apply your technical skills and knowledge to respond to complex service calls and HVAC emergencies.
• Drive to residential customer homes, greeting customers, troubleshooting air conditioning systems, and diagnosing/resolving problems.
• Describe options and costs, obtain approval, and make repairs.
• Ensure that all repairs are accurate, serviceable, and meet safety and regulatory standards and codes.
• Promote service agreements
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Weekend and evening availability required

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-5 years in-field residential HVAC experience diagnosing and repairing residential a/c systems
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Strong communication/interpersonal skills
• Valid driver license and a clean driving record
• The ability to regularly move, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds and withstand heat conditions in attic, if applicable
• Must be 21 years of to operate a company vehicle
