We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and excellent troubleshooting skills, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Repair or replace defective parts and components, including motors, compressors, and thermostats.
• Assist in the design and installation of new HVAC systems based on client requirements.
• Ensure all HVAC work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Provide customers with expert advice on energy-efficient options and improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Respond to emergency service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and staff to complete projects effectively.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in HVAC technology is .
• Certification in HVAC systems (e.g., EPA certification for refrigerants, NATE certification and OSHA) is a plus.
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Familiarity with air quality, refrigeration, and electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot HVAC issues.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools.
• Ability to work in varied environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Skills:

• Knowledge of energy-efficient HVAC systems and technologies.
• Experience with both commercial and residential HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to [60] lbs.
• Ability to work in high, tight, or confined spaces.
