HVAC Technician

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team! In this position you will be servicing, repairing, installing and preforming maintenance on residental gas furnaces, central A/C units, and ductless mini splits.

Responsibilities:

• Install new heating and air conditioning systems
• Repair or service heating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as routine service and repair maintenance
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Test pipe and tubing joints or connections for leaks, using pressure gauges or soap and water solution
• Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components or wiring
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency service requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Have strong and friendly customer skills

Qualifications:

• Have 3+ yrs experience as a service HVAC technician
• Hold a EPA certification
• Must have a valid drivers license with clean record
• Experience with operation and maintenance of furnaces, heat pumps, and air handlers
• Ability to handle physical workload such as climb ladders, crawl spaces and lift 40 lbs etc.
• Must be able to work independently as well as a strong team player
• Must have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to keep jobs clean and hold a professional positive attitude
• Must be reliable team player
