**Key Responsibilities:**
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for residential clients.
- Diagnose issues and provide efficient solutions to keep systems running smoothly.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on system use and care.

**What You Bring:**
- **Minimum 3-4 years of in-field, independent experience** in residential HVAC applications.
- Experience in commercial HVAC systems is a plus!
- Fireplace service experience is also a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a knack for problem-solving.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.
