Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC  Technician to join our team! In this role, you will service, repair and install heating, air conditioning, mini-split systems and water heaters.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 year's experience in an HVAC Technician role. You must be a team player who is comfortable working independently, as well as part of a team, and take pride in completing jobs professionally and efficiently. A positive attitude is a must! 

Responsibilities: 

• Repair, service and install heating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems 
• Repair, service and install mini split systems 
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
• Troubleshoot, repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
• Install standard, heat pump and indirect hot water heaters

Qualifications: 

• Past experience as an HVAC service technician 
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• EPA Certification
• Experience with operation and maintenance of furnaces, heat pumps, air handlers and condensers.  Boiler experience a plus.  Oil maintenance experience a plus.
• Mass Journeyman License a plus
