We are looking for an EXPERIENCED HVAC Installer to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks and warranty work to ensure the efficient and safe operation of HVAC systems
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting system malfunctions, then performing the appropriate HVAC system repairs
• Recharging refrigerant levels, checking for leaks, and ensuring the refrigerant cycle is functioning correctly in air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Performing energy-efficiency upgrades, like installing smart thermostats
• Explaining maintenance procedures to customers and providing recommendations for system upgrades or replacements
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and service calls

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 5 years of experience in HVAC (Required)
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams (Required)
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Experience working in the residential field
• Proficient in diagnosing mini-splits, Bard systems, zoning systems, communications systems and high efficiency systems

Requirements:

• Must have clean driving records and pass background check
• Must have a flexible schedule and able to work some nights and weekends
• Minimum of 5 years experience being a HVAC Technician
• Must be proficient in diagnosing mini-splits, Bard systems, zoning systems, communications systems and high-efficiency systems
