Position Description:

Seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with extensive plumbing experience specializing in AAON and PoolPak dehumidification systems in an indoor pool setting. Must ensure RH levels of 60-70% for optimal air quality.

Key Responsibilities:

*Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair AAON and PoolPak dehumidification systems.

*Monitor and optimize humidity levels (60-70% RH) for stable pool environment.

*Diagnose and resolve dehumidification, ventilation, and climate control issues.

*Inspect and maintain filters, coils, dampers, and sensors.

*Implement moisture control best practices with facility management.

*Ensure compliance with safety regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and industry standards.

*Maintain service records, report performance, and recommend upgrades.

*Respond to HVAC emergencies affecting the pool area.

Qualifications & Requirements:

-AAON Academy graduate with experience servicing AAON and PoolPak units.

-Extensive plumbing experience.

-Strong knowledge of dehumidification and RH control.

-General maintenance and electrical experience .

-Experience in indoor pool climate management.

-HVAC certification (EPA 608, NATE, or equivalent) .

-Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

-Strong troubleshooting, communication and teamwork abilities.

-On-call availability for emergency repairs.
