Position Summary:

Home Comfort Solutions is seeking an experienced and customer-focused HVAC Technician to join our team of dedicated professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems for our valued residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of HVAC systems, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for clients in the Wilmington area.
• Inspect equipment, diagnose issues, and perform necessary repairs and replacements to ensure optimal system performance.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance to maintain equipment efficiency and longevity.
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency maintenance requests, providing exceptional customer service and timely solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to prioritize tasks, share knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, ensuring a secure work environment for clients and team members.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous experience as an HVAC Technician or in a related field.
• Strong understanding of HVAC wiring diagrams and system components.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC training program or certification is a plus.
