Job Description:
As an HVAC Service Technician/Installer at Colorado Bear Heating & Air, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating & cooling systems in residential applications. Your expertise will contribute to the comfort and safety of our clients, and we are looking for someone who is committed to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Read schematics, and technical manuals.
- Adhere to safety protocols and local building codes.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC training program .
- EPA Certification
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HVAC installation and service.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
