Main Responsibilities:

• Routine maintenance:

  • Cleaning coils, replacing air filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting components.

• Troubleshooting & repairs:

  • Diagnosing issues with heating or cooling systems and fixing problems like broken thermostats, leaks, or faulty wiring.

• System inspections:

  • Ensuring everything is working safely and efficiently, often as part of seasonal checkups (especially before summer or winter).

• Installing equipment:

  • Setting up new HVAC units, ductwork, thermostats, or ventilation systems.

• Testing & calibrating:

  • Making sure systems are properly balanced, airflow is correct, and everything meets regulations.

• Updating logs & reports:

  • Documenting what was done, any parts replaced, and recommending future work.
