What You’ll Do:

• Consult with customers and provide them with customized HVAC solutions that meet their needs.
• Upsell services and products – use your sales experience to boost your income!
• Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to keep them running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and find solutions to any problems that arise.
• Sell and renew maintenance contracts to customers, both new and existing.
• Manage your own inventory of tools and HVAC parts, staying organized and efficient.
• Follow our Code of Ethics and ensure top-quality customer service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales Experience – Whether it's in retail, service, or another field, we want someone who knows how to sell!
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Must pass a background check
