HVAC Technician Maintenance / Service

Primarily residential company looking for our next great tech! 5+ years experience required. Must be drug-free, have a clean driving record and a great attitude! We are a small company, looking for a team player with a positive attitude! I’ll say that again.. Positive Attitude! 

Our ideal candidate would be a technician with at least 5 years experience doing HVAC maintenance and service. 

Our primary service area is northern VA, but we do also service some MD and DC.

Must be able to use smart phone, iPad and email without issues or complaining. We are paperless and use Service Titan.

Our trucks are shiny new. Our staff is all about honesty and integrity. The pay is good and we're closed on the weekends. We even give you your birthday off with Pay! We like to do things right the first time and stand by our work. We also think it’s important to have a life outside of work!

We Love technicians who have skills beyond HVAC, such as plumbing, electrical and gas logs.. The more you know, the more of an asset you are to the company, the more money you’ll make : ). Pay is based on skill level.
