HVAC Technician (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is currently seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As an HVAC Technician, you will perform advanced maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal indoor climate control. Your role involves mentoring junior technicians and maintaining compliance with safety standards to uphold the luxury standards expected by our VIP guests. Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance HVAC systems, ensuring exceptional indoor climate control Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment Troubleshoot and repair HVAC issues promptly Assist in the implementation of energy-efficient HVAC solutions Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards Train and mentor junior technicians to uphold high standards of safety and technical excellence Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports Requirements Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities maintenance within high-end environments Solid understanding of HVAC systems and maintenance procedures Technical certification or vocational training in HVAC Engineering or a related field Ability to work independently and as part of a highly skilled team Professional appearance, upholding the client's luxurious image Strong English skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory High standard of HVAC maintenance and repair Effective training and mentorship of junior technicians Compliance with safety regulations and standards Accurate and timely maintenance records and reports Consistent execution of preventive maintenance programs
