Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all orders of the warehouse. Order all equipment and supplies for Residential New Construction and Commercial departments.
• Supervise warehouse team to ensure high quality and timely completions for warehouse tasks.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Responsible to make sure all jobs scheduled for the next day have all material and equipment pulled and staged for installers.
• Review schedule for upcoming jobs to make certain that all material lists have been turned in for pulling and staging, notify Foremen if any are missing. Report any issues and shortages pulled at day's end to Foremen.
• Assist RNC and Commercial Foremen and Shop Foreman with items necessary to complete jobs.
• Maintain shop and yard in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Notify Department Managers of any shortages of stock items.
  Perform monthly inventory count.
• Put away all extra materials brought back by installers the day before.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of understanding of Warehouse Management System
• Ability to lead and maintain a safe work environment
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
• Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
• Valid drivers' license

The selected candidate must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check (includes driving record), and drug test, as R&R Heating and A/C is a drug free workplace.

Salary Description:

$32-$36/Hourly DOE
