HVAC Working Foreman

We are looking for a HVAC working foreman for work in the Akron/Cleveland area. They will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and participating in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. This includes managing a team of technicians, ensuring the quality and safety of work, and communicating with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. The Foreman also ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Supervision:

   • Lead and direct HVAC technicians on installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
   • Oversee the daily activities of the HVAC team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
   • Mentor and train junior technicians, fostering skill development and ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
   • Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

2. Technical Work:

   • Perform hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems as needed.
   • Ensure all work complies with local codes and regulations.
   • Inspect work in progress and completed jobs to ensure quality control.
   • Address complex technical problems and provide solutions on-site.
