HW Senior Validation Engineer - E-mobility

As a Senior Hardware Validation Engineer, you will be an integral part of the hardware validation process throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing requirements, defining test plans, creating and executing test suites, engaging regularly with project stakeholders, reporting status updates, and addressing and verifying problem resolutions.What you’ll do: Ensure and verify quality at component, board, and system levels. Collaborate with the project team to define the hardware test plan. Execute a comprehensive range of tests covering components, boards, systems, as well as Long Term Testing (LTT), Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT), Reliability Demonstration Testing (RDT), and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) tests. Continuously improve the test suite. Identify necessary test equipment, set up, and maintain it in line with project timelines. Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in hardware testing and design, particularly in low or high voltage domains. Proficiency in EMC testing. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the e-Mobility, electric vehicle, or power electronics fields. Familiarity with collaborating with external labs and certification authorities. Experience with test and project management tools such as Jira (xRay/Zephyr), TestStand, JAMA, Doors, and Confluence. Knowledge across various environmental domains (software, firmware, hardware, embedded electronics, IT, automation). Benefits What can you expect from us?
