• Do you feel as comfortable building and supporting production LANs as you do global WANs

Essential Skills and Qualities

• CCNP or equivalent experience
• Overlay networking (EVPN/VXLAN, GENEVE)
• Routing protocols – BGP/OSPF
• Implementation and support of VMware NSX
• Strong Linux administration experience
• Building solutions from architectural low-level designs
• Creating configuration guides and updating internal knowledge bases

Desirable skills:

• Automation (Terraform/Ansible etc)
• VMware (VCF/vSphere/VxRail)
• Cumulus Networks
• High Assurance IP Encryptors (HAIPE)
• VMWare VCP
