HYBRID PAYROLL / HR OPENING
Well-established company in West Palm Beach is seeking a talented Payroll Specialist to support the Human Resources department. Ideal candidate would have Paylocity experience and be proficient in MS Excel. Hybrid schedule!! This role will also support the department with HR tasks and has room to grow. Great team environment!!
Responsibilities for Payroll Specialist:
- Process multi-state bit-monthly payroll for 350+ employees
- Calculate & process bonus and commisisions
- Manage international payroll
- Research and process garnishments, levies and workers compensation
- Process new hires, terminations, direct deposits, leaves and deductions
- Complete employment verifications
- Assist HR Manager with HR related projects as necessary
Requirements for the Payroll Specialist:
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll experience
- Paylocity is strongly preferred
- Advanced MS Excel user - formulas, pivot and vlookups
- Proficient in MS Microsoft; tech-savvy
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of detail
- Must be a critical thinker and use sound judgment.
