excited to continue to grow our team of exceptional clinicians serving rural NC

communities. This position requires the individual to work mostly remote with some in

person contact (at least 1 in person contact per month) serving the underserved

population in rural eastern NC areas.

Scope of BCBA Work:

● Full time position

● Developing and monitoring behavior support plans and individualized treatment

plans

● Collecting and analyzing data with communication of data to various

stakeholders

● Administrator training and staff development for staff, teachers, providers, and

parents

● Provides supervision for behavior technicians and 1:1 support as needed

● Attend trainings and case conceptualization to improve skills and share

knowledge

● Attend required trainings, supervision, and workshops

● Maintain a high level of professionalism including appearance, punctuality, and

communication with all stakeholders

● Lift 50 lbs

● Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

● Licensed Behavior Analyst

Skill Set:

● Strong reasoning skills

● Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders in varying situations

● Ability to work autonomously

● Team player and the ability to make those around you better

● Ability to prioritize tasks

● Time management skills

Compensation & Benefits:

● Starting Salary: $85,000+

● $2,000 Sign on Bonus (if requested, this can be directly applied to your student
