The successful candidate will provide premium client service and consultancy for the hydraulic and fire services discipline by collaborating with clients, architects, builders, sub-contractors, and other services disciplines to ensure a comprehensive brief and a seamless, integrated design that meets the client's objectives within budget and on time. Key Responsibilities: Act as a subject matter expert for hydraulic services, providing technical advice, designs and support throughout the project life cycle. Liaise with clients, architects, builders, and sub-contractors to ensure a thorough brief and a well-coordinated design. Ensure compliance with relevant/Australian standards, building codes, and workplace health and safety legislation. Effectively communicate technical information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members. Be accountable, proactive, and able to manage ambiguity with confidence. Seek out and implement feedback for personal and professional growth. Be willing and able to support other disciplines as needed. Qualifications and Skills: Possess a relevant technical qualification (engineering degree or equivalent). A minimum of 2 years of recent Hydraulic DESIGN engineering experience MUST BE Building Services Project experience: e.g High/Low-rise Residential, Commercial, Heath, Education etc. Strong understanding of Building Services project phases and delivery methods. Familiarity with hydraulic construction processes, reporting on defects, and commissioning of systems. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to stakeholders. Proven ability to establish and maintain positive relationships. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. This opportunity is only for those who have FULL Australian Working rights.
