Experience: Minimum 5+ years working with IFS ERP, legacy systems, and project management.
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage projects related to the implementation, upgrade, and optimization of IFS ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IFS ERP, legacy systems, and have extensive experience in managing client/vendor relationships and leading project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management of IFS ERP implementations, system upgrades, and optimizations for clients.
Coordinate with product vendors and clients to ensure smooth delivery and meet project timelines and requirements.
Work with internal teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring effective communication and resolution of project-related issues.
Manage project budgets, ensuring project delivery within the approved cost structure.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.
Identify and manage risks and issues, providing proactive solutions to prevent delays or disruptions.
Ensure the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they meet the defined business needs and are completed on time and within scope.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Hands on experience with IFS ERP and legacy systems, with a focus on project management and delivery.
Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects, including working with diverse teams, vendors, and clients.
Client/Vendor Management: Experience in handling vendor and client communications, negotiations, and expectations.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate project risks and issues and provide timely solutions.
Travel: Weekly.
Qualifications:
Experience with IFS ERP system implementations, upgrades, or support.
PMP or similar project management certification.
Strong understanding of legacy systems and their integration with modern ERP solutions.
Experience with Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
