Immigration Paralegal - Partial Hybrid/Remote Position

Our employment, family and talent-based immigration law office is seeking an experienced, organized Immigration Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in business and family immigration, and a focus on employment-based visa petitions, specifically O-1A and O-1B visa applications. The is a hybrid remote position, with up to three days a week eligible for remote work following an introductory period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage employment-based work visa petitions, including O-1A and O-1B visa petitions, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Provide comprehensive legal support for family immigration cases, including adjustment of status and consular processing.
• Conduct thorough research on immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide informed advice to clients.
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation required for visa applications, including O-1 letters of recommendation.
• Maintain up-to-date and organized case files, tracking deadlines and status of applications.

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business and family immigration, with a focus on employment-based visa petitions.
• A proven track record of successfully preparing O-1 visa applications.
• A strong understanding of U.S. immigration laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
• High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive client information.
• Experience working in a fast-paced law firm environment.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.

Hours

This is a hybrid position, with daily hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday-Friday. Up to three days a week are eligible for remote work following an introductory period.
