Incentive Program Manager

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur client is looking for a senior Program Manager to lead the launch of new partner incentive programs, which include gaining leadership alignment, documenting detailed criteria, terms, restrictions and system requirements, and perform analytical financial modeling to determine adoption, growth, and required budget.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Analyze monthly program success against determined KPIs and make data driven decisions.
  • Drive the adoption and socialization of the Partner Programs strategy and roadmap with the partner ecosystem and internal key stakeholders.
  • Create and update program guides, incentive guides, and other program documentation and enablement.
  • Support in internal and external program inquiries.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to support the program launch and adoption.
  • Collaborate with partner management and enablement to ensure adoption and understanding.
  • Manage a governance process that will ensure end-to-end process compliance.
  • Help track analytics dashboards to manage and report program success to leadership.
  • Help track and enhance KPIs and success metrics of new partner programs and incentive programs.
  • Provide support in internal and external partner-facing meetings.
  • Support partner program annual and ad-hoc policy updates which incorporate cross-functional input and objectives.
  • Identify needed enhancements and capabilities to help drive partners' adoption and growth.
  • Engage and collaborate with all stakeholders, including internal teams' Go-To-Market, Enablement, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Operations, IT, and partners.
  • Support in partner program messaging to partners as necessary and required.

Skills required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years experience working in a partner organization in a program management / enablement / support role.
  • Understanding of business strategy related to sales and co-sell with partners.
  • Very strong data analytics capabilities, including financial modeling, ROI, and adoption metrics.
  • Be very comfortable in excel and have a keen understanding of functionality.
  • Experience in launching global financial incentives.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, problem-solving, conflict resolution management, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in working with partner ecosystems, including account and product management teams.
  • Strong and collaborative people skills with a win-as-a-team attitude
