Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, with a focus on troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and performing preventative maintenance on electrical motors and machinery.

Responsibilities

• PLC Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair malfunctions in Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) to ensure optimal equipment operation.
• Electrical Motor Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electrical motors to prevent breakdowns and maintain efficiency.
• Preventative Maintenance: Implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve electrical issues in various industrial equipment and machinery.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including experience with PLCs, motor control circuits, and electrical distribution systems.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Education: Vocational or technical training in electrical maintenance or a related field.
• Certifications: certifications such as OSHA 10 or 30, NFPA 70E, or other relevant certifications.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical problems.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Understanding of mechanical systems and their interaction with electrical components.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to work with a focus on accuracy and precision.
