Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Electrical Technician to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of our industrial machinery before it is shipped to customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and verifying the electrical systems of our equipment, as well as receiving and processing customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Testing: Conduct comprehensive tests on industrial machinery to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in machinery, making necessary adjustments and repairs.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of testing procedures, results, and any modifications made to equipment.
• Order Processing: Receive customer orders and ensure accurate processing, including coordinating with inventory and shipping departments.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and implement improvements in testing protocols.
• Customer Support: Provide technical support and information to customers regarding equipment functionality and troubleshooting as needed.
• Material Handling: Move packages and components as necessary, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
• Forklift Operation: Operate a forklift to transport materials and equipment within the facility, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an electrician or electrical technician, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with industrial machinery and testing equipment.
• Valid forklift operator certification is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy packages and materials safely.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications or technical training in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Experience with order processing systems and customer service.
