Industrial Electrical Technician

Electricians needed for ongoing civils framework. Experience of industrials or water would be desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

* Install, maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment

* Perform routine inspections, troubleshoot electrical systems and diagnose faults in a timely manner

* Work on high-voltage systems, circuit boards, transformers and control panels

* Ensure all electrical work complies with industry standards, health and safety regulations, electrical solutions

* Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop and implement efficient electrical solutions

* Document and report all completed tasks, including maintenance and service logs

* Provide support in emergency situations and adhere to operational timelines

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Electrician within an industrial or water environment

* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and schematics

* Experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and instrumentation is highly advantageous

* Ability to work with high-voltage electrical systems and a good understanding of water treatment systems

* Valid Electrical qualitfications (e.g. City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

* Electrical installation and maintenance experience, ideally within an industrial or water sector

* Full UK driving license

* Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team

* Good communication skills and attention to detail
