Industrial Engineer Calendering & Slitting (m/f/x)

Skeleton's Process and Industrial Engineering team is looking for a driven Industrial Engineer- Calendering & Slitting (m/f/x) with the vision to match our ambition! We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer- Calendering & Slitting (m/f/x) who truly believes that the world needs Special Forces to fight climate change and reduce CO2 emissions. What you'll do: Responsible Industrial Engineer for main unit production operations: Calendering and Slitting. Conduct process- and electrode development trials and transfer to large scale production. Define product - and process specifications. Develop test plans and implement them in production and acceptance criteria for new equipment. Define and check the acceptance criteria for electrode- and raw materials. Propose quality - and capacity improvements for electrode production processes. Evaluate technically the offered efficiency improvement solutions. Deal with process quality and documentation: FMEA, SWI, MSA, 8D, CPK, run@rate, PPAP. Execute factory planning and supplier selection for scale up topics and elaborate technical specifications within your professional field. Requirements You are a great match if you: Have previous work experience of 2-5 years in Automotive-, Chemical -or Energy Storage sector in Process- or Industrial Engineering. Have deep technical know-how and experience in electrode manufacturing process and specifical focus on Slitting & Calendering. Have an understanding of manufacturability studies, PFMEA processes and evaluation of manufacturing equipment. Work well both independently but also in a team setting, and have a friendly personality. Hands-on approach and mentality: Able and willing to work on the shopfloor and initiate to solve problems. Understand the urgency and importance of customer escalations and are able to showcase a strong action plan and resolution. Have strong will to solve process- and manufacturing challenges. Are fluent in English language (German is a great addition to have). Have an education in engineering or comparable.
