Technical HBO/WO education in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering.Extensive knowledge of assembly and manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and Lean manufacturing principles.Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and 3D models.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proactive and decisive approach.Experience in Factory or Production Engineering and production line layout is advantageous.Previous exposure to High-tech or Automotive environments is beneficial.
