What youll be doing:

• Install and maintain auxiliary and facility-related equipment for efficient production processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.

• Lead and perform preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring equipment is in Like New condition.

• Manage and complete small projects aimed at enhancing equipment functionality.

• Utilize technical skills in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and robotic equipment maintenance.

• Engage in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and utilize FMEA and ATS for proactive maintenance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an industrial environment or military experience with a focus on maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

• Comfortable with physical aspects of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and working with mechanical lifts.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to rotating shifts and overtime, including weekends.
