We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Service Manager to lead and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal operational efficiency, safety, and reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Supervision:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of millwrights, ensuring effective performance and development.

- Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to achieve departmental goals.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Technical Expertise:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of industrial machinery, equipment, and related systems.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.

- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute maintenance and repair activities.
- Installation & Maintenance:

- Oversee the installation, alignment, and commissioning of new and existing machinery.

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

- Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Safety & Compliance:

- Promote a strong safety culture within the team, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and regulations.

- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.

- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Planning & Scheduling:

- Develop and manage maintenance schedules and budgets.

- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize disruptions to production.

- Track and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communication & Collaboration:

- Communicate effectively with other departments, including production, engineering, and quality control.

- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of parts and equipment.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field .
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a millwright, with 10 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Skills:
- Proficient in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Certifications: Journeyman Millwright certification or equivalent .
- Other: Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
