• 2+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician 
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of production machinery and equipment, including extrusion and injection molding machines

The Position:

• Conduct preventative maintenance on all machinery to ensure maximum uptime and performance including ovens, extruders, and hydraulic presses
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and implement repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime
• Utilize welding and machine shop tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to fabricate and repair parts effectively
• Assist in the installation, assembly, and testing of new equipment
• Work closely with the production team to address and prioritize maintenance needs
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure machinery is compliant with safety regulations

• Perform electrical troubleshooting, including installing and replacing motors, sensors, and contactors
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance on machinery, such as ovens, extruders, and hydraulic presses, to ensure efficient operation and reduce downtime
