The primary focus of the role is mechanical maintenance, requiring hands-on skills and comfort with tight tolerances, gears, and pulleys. Applicants should expect to work extensively in a manufacturing environment with heavy machinery.

*Machinist skills, electrical expertise, basic welding, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge are advantageous but not mandatory.*

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance and repair.
- Comfortable with hands-on work and close tolerances.
- Familiarity with gears and pulleys.
- Strong work ethic and transportation.
