Key Responsibilities:

Machine Maintenance: Perform routine and preventive maintenance on a wide range of industrial equipment, including but not limited to conveyors, pumps, motors, and production machinery.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.

Repair and Calibration: Repair and calibrate machinery and equipment, including replacing or repairing defective parts, bearings, belts, and hydraulic systems.

Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including the proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to company safety policies.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including equipment history, repairs, and parts inventory.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other maintenance technicians, engineers, and production staff to improve overall equipment efficiency.

Emergency Response: Be on-call or respond to emergency maintenance requests outside regular working hours as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in industrial maintenance is a plus.
- Proven experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Basic electrical and welding skills.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in maintenance.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to work in compliance with safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in industrial maintenance.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Experience with predictive maintenance techniques.
- Welding and fabrication skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy equipment and materials.
- Stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Work in various weather conditions.
