Mobile Staff Solutions is looking for several qualified individuals with, at the least, the minimal experience, skills, must haves, and/or abilities that are required. This position will work with the Facility Maintenance Manager and Shop Foremen in a Continuous Improvement Environment with a focus on Safety, People, Quality and Cost Controls.
Our client has two locations- Gibsonton & Tampa. We are hiring for 1 Day shift 6am to 4:30pm M-Th and 6am to 2:30pm on Friday and
2 Night Shift positions 4:30pm to 2:30am M-Th and 4:30pm to 11:30pm on Friday.
Pay Depends on Experience ranges from $22-$30 an hour
Must be able to: understand, maintain and fix all equipment. Read and understand drawings and schematics. Listen and follow directions. Proficient in electrical, mechanical and pneumatic controls.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
1. 3 year’s experience in maintenance of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic controls
2. HS Diploma or equivalent
MUST HAVES / SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC:
1. Must have a good knowledge and understanding of electrical, hydraulics, welding and burning equipment, plumbing, diesel equipment, compressors, overhead cranes, mobile cranes, forklifts, and trucks and trailers.
2. Must be able to understand maintenance manuals, codes and diagrams
3. Must be able to be certified and operate various types of equipment (IE: Forklifts, Aerial Lifts, etc.)
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
1. Job requires being able to work in an open air environment during many types of weather conditions.
2. This is a physically intensive job that many hours of standing along with stooping, bending, lifting and reaching.
3. Support all Company Safety Policies and ensure they are followed.
4. Work with Maintenance Manager to coordinate repair of equipment based on production’s needs and safety
